Collaborating with Auscool Mechanical Services SAAP is responsible for the installation and commissioning of all the Air Conditioning equipment which includes Single and multi head split systems by Fujitsu.
208 Apartments, 14 Levels Working with AC Goulding SAAP is responsible for installing and commissioning split systems for each of the apartments within the project
A premium residential development on Melbourne’s St Kilda Road, Opera features an iconic, glass façade that undulates upward over 19 stories. Comprising 228 apartments across one, two, three bedroom and penthouse configurations, the project will be constructed over 27 months commencing early 2016.
Working with Auscool Mechanical Services, SAAP was responsible for installation and commissioning of the multi head Air Conditioning systems for each apartment located over 18 floors for the project.
GSA Pelham project is the pilot Student Accommodation Facility in Australia for Global Student Accommodation Group. This project consists of 242 Apartments and has a 353 Bed capacity.
Contracting with Auscool Mechanical Service, SAAP was responsible for the installation of the VRV air conditioning systems for each level of the project culminating in the installation of the condenser units within the plant area located on the roof.
The project comprises 108 high-end apartments, configured across penthouse, sky-home and classic apartment iterations.
In conjunction with Auscool we were contracted to install the VRV Air Conditioning system which consisted of 18 floors over a 9 month period.
Each apartment required bulkhead units with branch boxes located in the corridors with a pipe riser system been completed with condenser units located within the plant area on the roof.
La Trobe Tower is a magnificent 42-story residential development offering an inner-city lifestyle complete with innovative, state-of-the-art living spaces and world-class architecture influenced by Melbourne’s jazz precinct.
The project consists of installation of the VRF system which is allocated to six apartments per floor.
SAAP Air has contracted with Auscool Air Conditioning in completing this project
Parque comprises 332 luxury apartments set across 2 iconic glass towers of 11 and 19 levels, centrally connected by a private outdoor area on level 8. Featuring extensive common areas including a 25-metre infinity pool, Shannon Bennett-designed kitchen, private library and function room, Parque’s treetop setting amongst 150 year old national trust elms and an acre of designer landscaped gardens secure its place as one of Melbourne’s future icons.
SAAP Air is contracted to Auscool Air Conditiong to install the Air conditioning systems for the apartments at Parque.
The skyscraper is developed by ICD Property group in conjunction with Sino-Ocean Land and designed by architect Elenberg Fraser. Launched in 2013, the project received approval by the then-Planning Minister Matthew Guy in February, 2014. Designed to accommodate 633 apartment dwellings, the residential skyscraper will reach a height of 202.7 metres (665 feet) and comprise 63 floors.
Upper West Side is a masterplanned mixed use development fronting Lonsdale, Spencer and Little Bourke Streets and occupies almost half a city block at the western end of Melbourne’s CBD. It is the largest inner city rejuvenation project under construction in Melbourne.
To date over 1000 split systems have been installed and commissioned on site with a further 2000 to be installed over the next 2 years.
